Free shipping within Germany.

In order to guarantee you a fast and trouble-free experience, we send our goods for you free of charge and personally from Berlin and do not use an external service provider. One of the advantages of this is that we always have a precise overview of what we have sent and what has not. So far, nothing has ever been completely lost.

We use either the Deutsche Briefpost or DHL.

This has the advantage that you do not have to be present when our package arrives and you do not have to go to the packing station. The delivery takes place via the mailbox with proof of delivery.

You will not receive a tracking number from us within Germany.

After placing your order, we will get to work immediately to get your shipment to you as quickly as possible. Experience has shown that the delivery time is then 1 - 3 working days.

Shipping within German is free.

The costs for shipping within Europe are 6.90 Euro.

Worldwide Shipping is 9.90 Euro.

The packaging material we use is completely recyclable and reusable. Any filling materials used are all environmentally friendly and manufactured on the basis of substances of vegetable origin, biodegradable and compostable.
